Job scope:

• Preparing working drawings and specifications for interior construction, space planning, materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, equipment and
• Tendering process - completing 2D design (technical drawings), 3D renders, material selection,
• Project management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales target

- Provide sales service and connect with potential clients

- Coordinate between client and all internal departments to ensure smooth progress and handover of the project

- To prepare proposals and visuals based on clients’ requirements

- To ensure on-time payment collection from client

- To undertake any responsibilities assigned by superiors or management of the company

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in Interior Design/Architecture or any related field.

2. Excellent communicator with a strong command of the English and Mandarin language.

3. Proficient in AUTOCAD, Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus point.

4. Min 1 years of working experience in Sales or Interior Design related industries.

5. Must possess own transport.

6. Able to work on weekends & overtime according to the client's schedule.

7. Result focused, commitment to excellence and is a team player.
